These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the LRV Biokinetics website and apply to customers purchasing products from LRV Biokinetics / LRV Performance. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
1. About LRV Biokinetics
LRV Biokinetics provides biokinetic services and sells selected exercise and rehabilitation products. Our online store currently offers LRV Elastic Loop Exercise Bands, consisting of a set of five resistance bands with different resistance levels.
2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and resistance information displayed on our website are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations. Product specifications may be updated from time to time.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR). Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price displayed at the time an order is successfully placed will apply to that order. Promotional prices and special offers may be subject to specific terms and availability.
4. Orders
An order is considered placed once the customer has completed the online checkout process and payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed. We reserve the right to contact a customer if there is an issue with an order, payment, product availability or delivery information. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.
5. Payment
Online payments may be processed securely through PayFast. Other payment methods may be made available by LRV Biokinetics from time to time. LRV Biokinetics does not store customers’ full card details.
6. Delivery and Collection
Customers may select an available delivery or collection option during checkout. Delivery is currently available through PUDO where this option is selected and paid for. Local collection may be arranged at the applicable collection location and will be confirmed with the customer after the order has been received. 7. Product Use and Safety
LRV Elastic Loop Exercise Bands are intended for exercise, fitness, rehabilitation and general physical activity. Customers are responsible for using the bands appropriately and according to their intended purpose. Before using an exercise band, customers should inspect it for visible damage, tears or deterioration. A damaged band should not be used. Customers should follow appropriate exercise instructions and use the correct resistance for their ability and activity. LRV Biokinetics does not provide medical advice through the sale of these products. Customers with injuries, medical conditions or other health concerns should consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before commencing exercise.
8. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
LRV Biokinetics respects the rights of consumers under applicable South African consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded. For further information, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Website Information
We endeavour to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, omissions or technical issues may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and update website information where necessary.
10. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, internet service interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LRV Biokinetics will not be responsible for losses resulting from the misuse of products, failure to follow product instructions, or use of a product for a purpose for which it was not intended. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability or consumer rights where such exclusion is prohibited by South African law.

LRV Biokinetics may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable date.
